Job description
LG2 is looking for someone passionate about creative ideas, journalism, public relations, and marketing. Our ideas are meant to be amplified in the public space and to make a buzz. As a key member of the LG2 brand outreach team, you will create contacts not only in the media industry but also in other influential sectors. We want to promote our brands, even in the most underground media.

Responsibilities
Actively participate in campaign creation briefs to assess their potential for exposure and visibility.
Develop organic deployment strategies by identifying the best opportunities to maximize visibility and audience engagement.
Enhance campaign ideas and concepts to optimize impact and ensure a favorable reception from the target audience.
Project expected campaign outcomes using analysis and forecasting tools.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the media, cultivating lasting partnerships to ensure effective and continuous dissemination of our messages.
Create detailed and analytical performance reports for each campaign, indicating successes and areas for improvement.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of financial and human resources to maximize return on investment.
Oversee media monitoring to identify new trends and opportunities.
Work closely with creative, marketing, and public relations teams to align campaign goals and strategies.
Develop and conduct internal training to enhance team skills in media exposure.
Ideal Profile
5 to 7 years of proven experience in public relations, communications, or journalism.
University degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
Experience in an agency or marketing team is considered a valuable asset.
Solid understanding of contemporary advertising industry dynamics and requirements.
In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including digital and traditional media.
Passionate about networking, constantly seeking to expand and strengthen your professional network.
Resourceful and proactive, fully committed from the beginning to the end of a project.
Ability to work independently, with precision and acute attention to detail.
Proficient in the Google Suite and media monitoring tools.
Bilingual, fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
