REF, digital agency of Groupe LG2, is looking for a Digital Strategist to join its team. Responsibilities
Lead the discovery, definition, and planning phases of complex digital experiences and products, in close collaboration with the team’s experts.
Drive the integration of measurement plans to turn findings into impactful business recommendations, while ensuring the performance and visibility of the strategic product.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with our clients and work closely with account leads to foster the organic growth of our mandates.
Leverage the richness and diversity of our multidisciplinary collective to design innovative, forward-thinking digital solutions.
Support strategic leads on major accounts by proactively surfacing information and business opportunities.
Champion digital expertise internally with talents and team leads, and externally with our business partners.
Sharpen your skills and enrich our strategic community by maintaining ongoing watch over technology trends and emerging practices.
Actively contribute to strong team collaboration and to maintaining a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment within the agency.
Ideal Profile
Has at least 5 years of experience in the strategy, design, or delivery of digital products (candidates from UX design, consulting, or product ownership backgrounds are welcome).
Has a strong command of complex digital ecosystems, relationship marketing, e-commerce, CMS platforms, and digital transformation challenges.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills (market, business, human, and technology) and is comfortable working with data (especially Google Analytics) to measure marketing effectiveness and extract clear insights.
Has a natural curiosity for exploring new industry practices and a constant desire to push the boundaries of strategic product thinking.
Brings a deep attention to detail and a proven ability to translate findings into structured recommendations that result in turnkey deliverables.
Is naturally skilled at mobilizing, bringing together, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and talents from diverse backgrounds.
Has demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale mandates at once with calm, structure, and flexibility in an agency environment.
Excels at sharing and simplifying strategic visions in a way that is convincing, engaging, and seamless.
